FAQ

Q. How do I apply?

A. Please use the Job Search tool to identify jobs that are of interest to you. You can use the search fields to narrow down the list of available vacancies based on your preferences. From the search results screen, click on the title of a vacancy you wish to apply for. This will give you the full details of the role as well as the option to apply at the bottom of the page. You can apply for the vacancy by simply entering the required fields in the candidates registration area and uploading your CV as a MS Word or RTF file if you are a new applicant.  If you are a already registered candidate, you can simply apply by clicking the position.

Q. What are the requirements in applying for a job with WonderTreeHR?

A. Not many. For a start you must prepare an updated resume with a detailed job description and a recent 2x2 photo. Make sure you write your cell phone number or your land line number, which can be simply uploaded in our system through our website. We'll inform you later for the latest requirements.

Q. How will I know if you have received my CV?

A. If you apply for a vacancy through our website, you will receive an on-screen confirmation at the time of submission, as well as an automatic email confirmation.

Q. Should I follow up with you regarding my application?

A. No. If you are shortlisted for the position you have applied for, you will be contacted by one of our Consultants or Interviewers. If you don't receive a response from us, this will indicate that you were not shortlisted for the job you applied for.

Q. What happens to my application if I am not shortlisted for the job I applied for?

A. If you are not shortlisted for the vacancy you applied for, your details may be retained on our database for future reference, at our discretion.

Q. If I have previously applied for a position but not received any response from you, can I apply for other positions advertised on your website or in the media?

A. Yes, please follow the procedure given in Question 1, above.

Q. If you put my CV forward to your client, am I guaranteed an interview?

A. No. We put forward to our clients the CVs of candidates who most closely match the Job Description given to us by them. Our Client makes the final decision as to which candidates they wish to interview. This can take several days, and in some cases longer. If you have not heard from us, you may assume that our Client has not shortlisted you for an interview. If you are shortlisted by a client for an interview we will contact you to make the arrangements.

Q. If I am interviewed by your Client, how and when will I know the outcome?

A. It often takes time for our Client to give us feedback. This is beyond our control. However, please be assured that we will give you feedback as soon as we receive information from our Client. Please do not follow up directly with our Client, as this could jeopardize your application. All communication must be made through WonderTreeHR.

Q10. Does WonderTreeeHR charge any fees for application, or if they place me in a job?

A. No. We do not charge any fees to candidates while applying.

Q. Does WonderTreeHR actively look for employment for me?

A. No. We are Human Resource Consultants. We are appointed by our clients to identify and introduce candidates who most closely match their requirements and therefore we are proactive on their behalf. However your updated CV is some times referred from the database, if there is righht fit and requirement.

Q. Are all the jobs advertised in your web pages still vacant?

A. Yes. We update the website on a weekly basis.

Q. Once I am selected, how the deployment takes place?

A. The deployment process varies from client to client who hires, so this shall be intimated to you upon selection.
